bad service

Sars has been the worst company to deal with.I have a case which has invistigated for the past 8 ye*****verytime I call the call centre for a follow up they tel me to go to the nearest branch with supporting documents...I did that for more than 5 times and im still waiting no 1 knows why...every1 is confused agents, supervisors and managers ...all they know know is to tel u to go to the branch withe documents and dropping calls.They have no respect for clients.
