Bad Service

On the 23rd July i submitted my tax return , i was told it flagged an audit i will have to wait 21 working days for the refund to happen , i called after 21 working days then they said to me the turn around time time is 30 working days ,i called back after 30 working working days and they advised me that someone will call me after 5 days no call, so i call back and they say to me the esscelted my refund to the refund department and i have to wait 21 working days for someone to call me,,,are you serious , i am so discussted when did our goverment services become this poor and to make me even more upset , a friend of mine went to do her return 2 weeks after me ,hers also flagged an audit and she recieved her refund on the 1st Sept, and when you call you get through to a call centre that can give you no answers and when you ask if there is anyone else you can speak to they say to you they not taking [URL Removed] on South Africa , Government we can do better than this......
