Bad service

Good day I Daniel Struyweg has submitted my tax return at Sars Randfontein in person in the beginning of September 2017, I was told that my return wil be audited and it would be approximately 30 days, up until now I have heard nothing from sars, no return no nothing, whenever I am phoning them my return are being escalated, this is getting out of hand, I have been audited every year since 2009 and now it is becomming ridiculous, I am a normal working citizen, earning monthly salary, no investments or savings what so ever, yet my return audit is in excess of 150 days, this is not normal or fair towards us, please help me
