Bad service

My salary is being taxed month to month with no choice, Dates are being issued as tax payer to submit our returns because if not penalties are to be paid by us Again and the demand is very high when SARS needs their funds. However I fail to understand why are my refunds taking so long? Calling the centre its just a waist of time because it seems like the consultants are trained differently because according to my telephonic experience I was told at first that funds will be made available within 14 working days, Second consultant told me that the information provided by the first consultant is incorrect and he advised that SARS turn around time is 21 working days. Then waited for 21 days but I had to call back again 10 days after the 21 days to find out what's the problem now, I was told that I need submit certain documents of which the consultant did not even know which documents is required from me, he then said his Manager will call me back with full information. I waited for a week for the call and I thought It was better to go into my nearest brunch for help, But nothing positive was said to me as I also tried to gather every documents that I thought they will ask for I even showed my payslip but the lady at the brunch said I do not need to send anything I must just wait for 90days for the refund. This is so tiring because I get taxed closed to R 10 000 and I follow the law but the law is not doing right unto me, I wish I had a choice of not paying tax but as I comply to what the law says, only empty promises that SARS has. My querying did not end there, I had to call back today and the consultant advised that there's no turn around time with my case I even have records of the case Numbers to proved the communication about this. I am just frustrated because R25 000 needs to be refunded but still can not get a proper answer the service is so bad that no one has an answer
