BAD SERVICE

I have been submitting online efiling for the last couple of years and have never experienced a problem with SARS. In fact I was quite impressed with their quick service. However, this year has been a different matter. No sooner had I submitted my efiling then I was notified that I had to submit tax returns from year 2000! I was then advised after several phone calls that I need to submit an affidavit at the local branch (Cape Town) which states that I was not employed for that period, or that documents as we all know become obsolete after 5 years!! I did all of that got the affidavit, had it certified by an attorney and went to SARS to upload it on the 24th of July 2015. Still no response. After 7 or 8 calls I got different responses from each of the operators. I am now told this morning to submit returns from the year 1990, that is 25 years ago!! Every person and you can check the recorded conversations came with a different solution. I am now told to do 15 different affidavits, go back to SARS in person and upload it.Why was this not done at the time when I handed in the affidavit!! Seriously I am so angry as I am honest, have always paid tax and get this treatment!
