Bad Service

The service is so bad...I called last week Thursday regarding my username and password that I couldn't recover and was told someone would call within 72 hours I called again Monday as was told it's not 72 hours, I called again Tuesday and was told someone was gonna call me and never did...I called again today and was told my query will go through excalation and it will take up to 5 working days, here are my case numbers
