Bad Service

Rotten Service Did not smile, I had to greet her first no eye contact. Didn't even assist me with their APP so I can do e filing instead. I would advise people to rather use the APP because we get treated like dogs. This staff member is seated at counter 20 I was assisted by her this morning. This needs to be addressed urgently
