Bad Service
I had an walk in appointment with SARS however I was send KIOSK . I could not be assisted as the two employees were also but assisting with self service. I was then send back to the counter as the other lady who came was under the impression that I do not have financials. I was totally lost as I had laptop which had all the information required. The next thing SARS will charging us penalities

14 Feb 2025, 05:52The service is very bad as SARS no longer does e filing . Worst part of all, 1 person is assisting 6 ppl at the Kiosk which is a nightmare. It’s even difficult to as k questions. I had 8 o’clock appointment and I was not assisted. It was even difficult to ask questions as the person went to do other work and was left there alone. The lady tried to assist but she could not assist. The response from the lady was that she is doing her work and assisting at the Kiosk. The next thing we will be charged panalities
