BAD EXPERIENCE

Worst department ever...somehow they managed to assign 2 tax numbers to my name, when I want to deregister the one I am not using they now tell me I owe money on it....I have not used that number since 2006, I do not know who was doing the filing on it before that. Not even one of their consultants bothered to tell me about money being owed whenever I went to the offices to get this number deregistered, I call today cause I cannot understand why I owe more interests on something I have not used the consultant calmly tells me "we are now informing you that you owe money"...WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED PRIOR ME CALLING, WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME ABOUT THIS WHEN I CAME TO YOUR OFFICES SINCE 2007 I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DEREGISTER THIS NUMBER IT OWED R299 THEN NOW IT SITS AT R600 WHY AM I LIABLE FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE, SINCE 2007 NO ONE FELT I SHOULD GET SOME COMMUNICATION REGARDING THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
