Bad Customer Service

I have been requesting a callback from sars and i have received friendly consultants calling until now when a consultant by the name of Lindelwa called and was really rude and told me im arrogant. She told me her manager is Patric Pootjie or something along those lines. She disturbed me on each and every sentence, cutting me. Cherry on top she drop the call on my ear while i was still talking.

The shock of being told you arrogant by someone who is supposed to assist. I did not get any assistance from her instead attitude. Im beyond disappointed, my query did not even get resolved.
