Bad Customer Service and *********** staff (Tax Refund)

Hi my name is Solomzi J Tsimane my tax reference number is ***. I've been due to get my tax refund which i started 3 months ago every time after 21 days when i call the call centre am being told that i need to do something my documents needs to be fixed which i find to be unfair as i fix everything then next time it's something else, last week i called again to do a follow-up only to be told that i need to fix my ďetails.

My problem is the *********** staff who tell you that everything is fine i will get my refund within 21 working days only to be told i need to fix my ďetails this is so wrong because i feel like I'll have to wait until next year to get my tax refund but they take tax every month.

I really need your help because the call centre staff doesn't know how to help me.
