Bad customer service.

Sars customer service is bad. I've been standing in the queue since 7:30,they only took in 5 people inside for assistance those people have already left but nothing is happening to the queue outside. It's 10:30 but still the queue hasn't moved and no one is attending to us. Even when you go to the security personnel they don't allow you to finish stating your enquiry they just tell you to go to the queue.
