bad customer service

call ed Noma on the 10/12/2015 and received very bad service. my query was in regards to the tax returnes submitted and need to know more info because of the audit on my account. the behaviour and attitude displayed by Noma on the call was less that satisfactory to say the leads. The agent was condescending, rude and very disrespectful. when i call SARS call center i expect to find assistance not attitude because that doesnt help my situation as a tax payer.
