Bad customer service

<p>Went today to Sars Pretoria North to submit for ITA, it was full....like everyday. There is an old woman that works on the floor assisting people rudely. I went to her to ask for ita que and she was sitting down then pointed to a corner. I sat down and she staring saying "you going to clean these banches for 2-3 hours moving up and down". She speaks to people like they are a nobody. Then after cleaning the banches like he said, I got to the front of the que. Unfortunately for me my phone rang and my ticket was called out and obviously I didn't hear. Four people passed and I stood and went to her to ask for assistance. She screamed in the hall saying " how could you hear coz you are busy-busy on the phone, sit down they will call you" so belittled I sat. Six people passed and I went to another counter and they told me my number was closed and I have to get another one. I went to the info desk and asked for another number, she went on again about me and my phone. I asked for her name and they said it's "mamzo" and I asked another lady and she said her name is Merriam. I was given ticket 651 then given 693. I have never felt so belittled and humiliated by that woman. I don't know where does she get her communications s****s.</p>
