Bad attitude from security guard

Was at SARS this morning sibce 6 this mornibgng and was issued the wrong sticker by the assistant which mean I was in the wrong queue ,had to go to another one which means I was pushed to the back of a very long queue. The more I tried to explain to the security that directed me to my place that I was issued the wrong sticker,he directed me to the same queue I came from. I was obviously angry but he confronted me in a very rude and unprofessional way infront of a lot of people.
