Bad attitude and passing the buck

My income for 2016 was from flat rentals and my expenditure was related to my flats income, i.e. rates, water, maintenance, etc. The tax was submitted by a tax consultant, Leana ( ********** 104) during 2016 SARS taxed me +/- R32000.00 because the deduction/income was claimed under the incorrect codes. I was also told by Brits accounting to pay an amount of R5000, not an admission of tax debt, into my tax account. Sars blames the consultant and the consultant blames SARS. I then took my 2016 tax to Greyling and Greyling ( ********** 126), but nothing was done because the person working with my case resigned. Eventually I took my 2016 tax to Brits accounting ( ********** 971),Nigel. The are busy submitting appeals etc. They also had employee problems. All my tax 2016 documents are in their possession. All proof documents have been emailed to SARS numerous times, i.e. income, expenditure, leases, etc. Every time documents are submitted delays of +/- 90 days are expected. The problem is SARS does not have a specific contact person to help you finalize my case.
