Bad Attitude

What a bad Service I did received yesterday at SARS Polokwane. I went there around 11am and I arrived exactly on O'clock for disputing/object about the assessment they have done on my Income Tax. Remember I've got Tax Number and Case number of the assessment and I present to them when I arrive to lodge a complaint/dispute. I was directed to stay on a quoi and I waited for 2hrs and after that once my ticket was called: I didn't know that through all that particular information I have they are going to request my ID book. So there was this Lady Retha Holder who was supposed to help me, oh my goodness just because I left my Licence in my car she didn't even wanted to listen to me just before I even finish talking she just interrupted me and gave me a big attitude and said sorry I can't help. I have to go n fetch my Licence and waited another 2hrs.Poor poor service I received in Polokwane Sars, those people they don't even care but gave you a hell big attitude. This is so shame.
