Bad attitude

This is the second time i called SARS and received bad service!! I spoke to Karabo Mathopa and I wanted to provide him with my case number. He requested a brief description of the case. I advised him he will get all the relevant info using the Case number: ***. He said he still needs the description. I told him i don't remember and that he should view the case. He then said \why are you following up if you don't remember?"this is unacceptable!!"""
