Bad attitude

Spoke to Kelly at General Enquiries at the call centre asking a simple question about a bank statement. Not sure if she did not understand me but the more I am trying to explain my issue to her the more she was trying to force her answer onto me. It ended up by me swearing at her since she had this " I know it all " attitude and did not want to listen to me. Very unproffessional attitude!
