Awaiting Refund and still not processed after the required period has elapsed.

SARs - Never had an issue until this year. Filed my Tax Returns and waited the 21 day period which has passed and still no refund. Now I have had to escalate and wait a further 5 working days for an answer and then was told if no comms in these 5 days then I can file a complaint. NOT ON SARS. So disappointed this year at your service.
