Auditing Department has no turn around time

On the 23 November i filed my efiling then it was sent through to the auditing department i was made aware of a 30 day work around time that was fare and correct, however after the 30 days the consultant informed me that they going to email the auditing department and that they working on my submission. I phoned again a week later only to be informed that the auditing department is closed form the 15th December - 15 Jan now that ****ed me off as i wasn't informed previously. today is the 29 January schools re opened and i was banking on the pay out to assist me, Please Sars can you speed up the process. Another interesting point is that i cannot be transferred to that department WOW. SO IM SITTING HERE NOT KNOWING ANYTHING.<br> <br> i feel like Sars has failed me i am sad
