Audit taking almost 3 months

My TAX for financial year was submitted. SARS wanted to do an audit, all documents was submitted and SARS confirmed receipt of documents on 21 July 2015. I was advised that the turn around time for the audit was 21 Working days. This has laps a long time ago. No I phone in weekly to follow up and every time I phone in I am advised that there is nothing I or they in the call center can do. I just have to wait.<br> <br> I spoke to a guy in the call center again on 12 October at approximately 08:10, unfortunately I did not take down his contact details. I stressed my unhappiness with SARS and explained that my TAX gets paid on time but when SARS owes me a refund I just get told that \sorry
