Audit delaying payment

On the 29th I submitted my tax return at the Johannesburg CBD branch. It was then submitted for audit due to my Medical aid documentation, on the 30th I submitted the documents and was advised about the 21 day turn around time. This 21 day excluding the public holiday expired on the 30th of August, i then called in and was advised that it would be escalated. Called in again on the 4th was advised that it is still currently with Audit. Again told I would get back on the 6th Thursday September before end of business day. SARS Audit division does not delay with the public. Sars needs to start changing the processes on how the flow is done. There is so much ***** and *******ion in this country and people suffer and nothing gets done. If I were to owe SARS money i would of been debited immediately, Now that money is due SARS uses all types of excuses to delay the queries. Its pathetic how things runs in this country.

Till date no feedback sms, phone, call or smoke signal we waste our companies money on calling the call center because that is just a waste of time
