Atrocious Service!
Utterly inconsistent turn-around times, I submit my 2019 return and it's now going on 2 months, escalated twice and nothing. I submit my 2020 and within 3 days it's resolved. What is going on SARS .. get your act together. I've escalated and hear nothing ... I want a call back! Give me a name and a direct number to speak to someone!
