Assistant on the call laughing for no reason

I had requested a call back and I did receive a call back to make an appointment it was my first time making an appointment for my uncle and when I asked if I can get an appointment for the following day or the next two following days the assistant on the other side of the call laughed at me and she did this twice I asked her why she was laughing about the cuz she's supposed to be explaining to me how it works. I found this to be very disturbing this was bad service like you just say it's unavailable only you don't just laugh.
