Assistance refused...

<p>I have an outstanding amount that I need to pay to SARS. I phoned this morning to find out what the exact amount is so that I can make payment. I was refused help because I couldnt remember certain personal details on my account. All I want is to pay what I owe and inform SARS that I am unemployed but the call centre agent refused to assist. I understand that you need to be strict but to refuse to help me is unacceptible. If you don't give me the details of the outstanding monies I owe I cant make payment so this account will just stay outstanding until you assist me. </p>
