Assist with Tax Return Please

Since i got marries in 1983, women contributed more Tax than men. I was oblivious of submitting my tax, but Tax have been deducted all my years of working. In 2006 i got a lump sum of my provident fund and was Tax almost R12000 from that but i never submitted any tax returns. Betwwen 2016/2017 was Garnished from SARS and payed almost R2000 per month from my Salary for a period of six months . In 2021 i was retrenched again but could not go the SARS offices to do a Tax return due to Covid19 regulations.. i would please like you to help me and assist me with investigating any money due to me please.
