Assesment, Audit and Dispute 2019 Tax Year

I submitted my returns for 2019 Year. Had to do it via e filing as they have changed the process. After receiving my amount due to me. I was to be audited on my assessment. I submitted all my documents as advised, and requested by SARS and handed in at the branch. I was then told, when a went to the branch for the third time, that Ij have been penized for not having my log book, and vehilcle value original documents..They have deducted R14000 from my original sum of R23900.. I thus put in a dispute immediately against the deduction and assesment! I have been back 5 times to the branch to address and receive feedback on my dispute... With no Helo at all, saying they are busy and it will take 90 days. Its a disgrace how the new tax system has been introduced, and the way its been handled from the SARS auditors.I work hard, and get taxed on every cent i earn.I wait a whole year to receive whats due to me. Please would you address this issue as soon as possible. Regards
