Asked Sars for help they just said something wrong try again
I have a big problem Sars can't solve since 2024. If you phone they go in and look no one can tel what is going on. They told me I get money back the next month there is nothing. R0. After I paid lots off money for operation and they got all the proof. If you look at the work sheet it's tot calculated. How does that work. I am battling now for more that a year but if you own them they wil take you to court. And if you get an email it's ERROR. SO what must I do?

I did everything more than one time and if you call them same story it's 2023 year. I told them I must do everything online. The documents you can see they did received it but only no help and worksheet NOT CALCULATED
