Arrogant!

I phoned to query a late submission penalty. The agent was very arrogant and rude. I was simply trying to point out that she had got the Broker name wrong and the more I told her this the more she kept repeating the incorrect details, she them said to me she would not help me further as I was getting angry with her. I was simply trying to correct an error. She said I must contact my Broker to assist me. UI don't know how this would help as it is SARS job to assist with these types of queries.
