ARROGANCE AND ************

I was at sars Dube branch to request my company tax certificate after been rejected by sars office at Dube more than two times. At first they rejected me base on the fact that they do not allow walk in, secondly i was rejected because I needed clarity why their system could not allow me to proceed to make an appointment. The unfortunate part was to put zeros on the home telephone numbers if is inactive so that the system may allow you to proceed.

Nevertheless today i went to sars to collect my company tax certificate but i was issued with personal tax compliance status certificate. After a follow-up call from sars checking if i was assisted that when i noticed the mistake and went back to sars branch immediately. However there is this arrogant guy by the name of R. Chauke who refused to allow me to rectify the mistake with the consultant whom assisted me as per my understanding and appointment schedule that i visited sars for my business issues.

I was so disappointed with the manner he dealt with my case and the arrogance and ************ he pursued against me. He even told me that i will not enter the office.

Therefore i need to know how sars will guarantee that i get my company clearance certificate
