APPALLING SERVICE

I was assisted by Anita who reports to Bridgette Mathebula and her service was absolutely disgusting. She had no concrete answers for any of the questions I asked her. Her manner was ****y and rude and that I was just expected to accept what she was telling me. When I questioned her on it, she made no effort to try and find the correct reasons for the way things were being done. When asked to speak to her manager, she sighed and refused. On my insistence she placed me on hold and never returned to the call. When I called back I received the tone that they had closed for the day and had to try the next day. This is the calibre of people that we are expected to entrust with the handling of our taxes. DISGUSTING! And the reality is that this matter will not be addressed as with so many other things in our country.
