Appalled by consultant service

I'm appalled about the service, I request call backs and when they do call back instead of listening to my query they drop my call. Anyway I can't get into my e-filing profile and I registered as a tax practitioner on my business end of July but still to date I didn't get a response and I need to apply for tax clearance. Please help me this is really slowing down my business
