aloof and unfriendly

The last time I went to SARS Randburg I wrote a Bouquet. This time the lady in office 19 SARS Randburg was aloof and unfriendly. She did not volunteer any information on what she was doing and did not ask any questions on expenses. At the end we just sat there until I asked if we had finished. She said yes and I left. I still had questions, but prefer to come again to a nicer person. I arrived with a greeting and a smile. I left feeling unhappy. Michael Beautement
