ALL THE INFORMATION IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!

Its been 16 days since i have submitted my return. I finally receive an answer, only to have all the incorrect information and codes on my assessment. HOW can this happen every year, seriously, i just don't understand it.The truth is they are making mistakes on purpose because they don't have any customer service. The new site is awful as well, all my information was wrong, i am gatvol of the excuses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
