*********** consultant at Alberton branch, they dont have the same knowledge. I have been sent from pillar to post, i must have been there 11 times, mind you i dont work, to take a taxi to alberton n go back. Last week when i was there i was told to open a late estate account, i did that i was told to bring confirmation of account, eventually when i brought that today, the 1st rude fat lady at counter 17, around past 9 said she needs a statement, when i was told to bring bank confirmation letter,the 2nd consultant at counter 2 said..it still shows your late sons old surname, pls bring documents from home affairs when he changed the surname. Can they wear name tags as well!!! Why cant they tell us to bring all documents at once? I had brought death cert, the lates ID card, my ID, proof of address, letter of authority. But NOOOOOO according to those heartless people they make it a point to make one miserable and frustrated and dont care
