Agent drops after waiting a long time in queue

I called SARS and held on for more than 10min and when an agents picks up they drop the call immediately, this is really annoying after holding on for a very long time that an agent will just drop and I have to join the queue again. I guess theres nothing we can do we are at the mercy of our government departments.
