<p>very rude as she was Gugu a call center agent i called to ask a question i did not understand about my retun, she claimed to have known the sars law she was talking about and she ended up searching for that law for over 15min while she is using the most irritaing language like i am forcing her to do her job, we need more competent employees at Sars honestly. my call with her was at exactly 13:50 today. </p>
