Absolutley shocking "service" from SARS

I have been waiting almost 3 months for my SARS income tax return. I submitted the necessary change of banking details documents on 18/07/2024. I have been told since then to wait 21 days. I demand answers and actual feedback by the latest of the end of this week (Friday 04/10/2024). It is nearly 3 months. I never get feedback unless I follow up with SARS and it is always after the 21 day period. The matter is meant to be resolved within 21 days in terms of the notifications/ letters SARS sends, not after 21 days and after I have had to follow up multiple times. The service is absolutely shocking and nobody is ever able to give me any assistance other than telling me to wait 21 days and they will escalate the matter, I have lodged complaints, which clearly does nothing as I am still in the same position.
