I had such a positive experience at the SARS branch in Randburg. Starting with the gentleman at the main gate, to the security staff inside the buildings, they were very polite and welcoming, setting the tone for a great visit.

The lady at reception greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. A special thank you to Ms. Pamela Ngamlana, whose customer service was truly exceptional. She took the time to explain everything in detail, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
