A VERY INFURIATED CITIZEN

<p>I called the SARS callcentre on this number ********** 277 at 14:35 and i spoke to anastacia and when i asked her about my tax return that i claimed on 14 july 2016 at the bara mall branch and the agent put me on mute and never returned.I called minutes after that again asking to speak to a supervisor and i spoke to Koko and she told me the supervisor will contact me but that never happened and im writing this it 21:06 pm 20 July 2016.I am still waiting for my tax return even now and i am told i must bring an affidavit that i was not working the previous years and i do not understand what that has to do with anything because i have been taxed for the whole year and now i want my returns.Please attend to my query because i am getting different answers that il get the money in 21 days and the other is telling me about affidavit.please attend to the matter because i escalate the matter further as this is unacceptable.</p>
