A real EMBARRASSMENT for the Human Kind

<p>As any honest tax payer, I have completed my submission on the 3rd of July already. I have attached all the necessary documentation and extra as I know by now their tactics od delaying anything possible when it comes to a Refund. I have received my Completion Letter on the 5th of July and I was extremelly impressed to see how fast they were this year. Little that I knew this was just a short , I mean very short happy moment.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 9th of July I have received another Letter from them informing me that I need to submitt documentation. I was under the Audit aparently as they "DO HAVE THE RIGHT" to open an audit on you even if a Completion letter of assessment was already issued. I have re-sbmitted again all the necessary papers via the EasyFIle on th e 10th of July and I had to be patient as from the date of submission it takes 30 WORKING DAYS for the Audit to be finalised. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was waiting and waiting and waiting and finally on the 21st of July, another e-mail comes through to submit supporting documenation. No mentioning my frustration after a few phone calls to the Call Centre informing me that they are still busy , no coments on the system , I have asked why do they ask me the third time for the same documentation. OBVIOUSLY TO DELAY AND EXTEND THOSE 30 DAYS JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN.</p> <p>I have insisted for the consultant to put some comments on the system as I have submitted already 3 times by now everything they wanted me to. The following day I received an e-mail informing me that they could not complete my assessment as they are missing documentation that I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED 3 TIMES BY NOW THROUGH EASY FILE and the consultants that helped me over the phone they all confirmed the documents are there. So I HAVE SENT THE 4th EMAIL with the same documents attached on the 24th of July , getting back an automatic replay to inform me that the queries sent via the e-mail take 21 WORKING DAYS to be solved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this a human behaviour or it is just a tactic of them keeping your money back and playing around with you JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN. The entire case could have been finalised by now if they really did what they were supposed to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is JUST A SHAME that THE other people that were suppose to come together can treat you like this. It is really a PITTY that humans can treat other humans like this. </p> <p> </p> <p>A total disgrace.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope that somebody with capability and compentency can pick this case and finalise it as I believe they have played enough GODS over there.</p>
