A nightmare

I had my unclaimed provident claim processed in May 2023. An IRP3e was issued by ACA. Tax season came and I was informed by SARS that the Tax directive number captured by the Sanlam ACA differs from the one issued by SARS. This raises questions as the fund administrator informs you during a claim that they have app**** for a tax directive from SARS before the lump sum payment is made, so how can Sanlam ACA capture an incorrect tax directive when this was given to them by SARS!!!
