6 years later and I still have not received my provident fund

<p>I am former Tiger Brands employee who was dismissed on October 2011 after working for 4 and half years for them. It has been exactly 5 years and 10months now and I have not recieved my Pension Fund which usually takes 4 to 6 months after dismissal or resigning.Irecently found out that there was a problem and that was my TAX number being invalid.I then went to SARS and explained my problem.I was told that was caused by my address which was a JHB address. They than changed it and assured me it was now fine.after that I sent the feed back to Alexandra forbes via email.After a couple of days Alexandra rep**** telling me their application to SARS has declined due to the invalid TAX number so I should go back.I than went back and the same thing happened.The last email I got from Alexandra Forbes stated the application is still declining therefore I must contact my former employer.Problem is,that is where I started.I went to the HR before contacting Alexandra Forbes and they told me the reason I have not been paid was they were waiting for my banking details and I will get the money after 2weeks but that didnt happen.,PLEASE HELP.my contact number is ********** 545.</p>
