6 months and waitin....

Waiting 6 months for a tax clearance certificate. Uploaded the documents a number of times. They keep declining without giving a reason. Or simply just don't answer. Go way past the indicated 21 days. **********. Not a single government department answers or does anything useful in South Africa.
