42 days waiting for a refund

<p>I had a special stop put on me for 21 days on efiling when submitting my return. I went to Sars Alberton a total of 5 times so they can check all my documents. After 21 days they then wanted a IRP5 for 2010 which I submitted, it is now 21 days later and no refund. When I call the call centre which I have done every week they can't help. I have now lodged a query and guess what still no reply. It seems SARS is very quick to take money but when ir comes to a refund they stall. I am so frustrated, where do i Get help from. This has been ongoing for 42days. I thought they say they have improved their service.</p>
