3months still no money paid to me

I went and done my tax return. The lady said sars owes me R3600 and it will be paid to me in 21 days. Its been 90 days and still I haven't received a cent from them. I'm in hospital and really need that money urgently.sars it quick to want to sue for their money . They should rather start paying the people back first
