3 WEEKSand counting....to change email and cellphone number

3 weeks to just update my cellphone number and email address 3 WEEKS??? you are bound to get a call back quicker than getting your details updated. until today, no call back to update my details, I get told that they don't have a turnaround time BUT STILL NO PHONE CALL... their branch assistants want you to pay them R900 to help you at a branch...*******ion is serious business in South Africa.
