3 MONTHS TO REFUND OR REFUND USED FOR SASSA?

REFUND NIGHTMARE REALLY. SARS keeps telling us to use efiling however its not working for me. I tried updating my banking details on efiling the 8/8/2020 and I failed, I then went to the Dube branch with all documents in place and was told it would take 211 days for my refund to be paid to this day i am still waiting. I tried efiling again, Roodepoort branch, PTS North branch, complaints department, call center... no luck. no one seems to be competent enough to assist in stead they either hung up, lie and give us none exiting case numbers or just place you on hold forever. I then 2 months later spoke to a consultant who advised they cannot refund me on tymbank, I took my time and money and opened another account with a different bank and guess what, I am now being told my account is blocked and they cannot refund me. Exactly what is going on with our government? Are we being cheated and our refunds being used to pay social grants or what? 3 months and i am still waiting for my refund.
