3 Months and still no Refund
Good day
I would like to lodge a complaint with SARS, it's been 3 months and I still have not received my refund. I have submitted all required documents and called SARS a number of times, I don't know why my money is still not paid.

I’ve never seen or heard of a government office that has bad service like SARS 😡 why does it take 21 days to verify my acc, after waiting for 8 months, I have to wait for another 21 days ???

This is so unfair as I am still unemployed. SARS is government department that doesn’t care about citizens. I am so disappointed at this government, the CEO and employees of SARS.
